City Developments Limited CDL

City Developments Limited (CDL) is a multinational real estate company based in Singapore. It was started in 1963 in a rented space in Amber Mansion along Orchard Road, with eight employees only. CDL shares were publicly first listed in November 1963 on Malayan Stock Exchange.

The Giant real estate company CDL has managed to build a business network in over 100 locations in 29 countries. Throughout the years, CDL has maintained a stable income and a diverse portfolio of Residences, hotels, offices, shopping malls, serviced apartments and other integrated developments.

For the 55 years, CDL has been in the real estate industry, and it has developed more than 48,000 houses with over 23 million Square feet (sq ft) of gross floor area in commercial, residential and hospitality sectors.
